Rest is important following surgery.
We want our patients to be as comfortable as possible. If you would like more rest and to restrict the number of visitors or calls you have to your room, please do not hesitate to speak to your nurse.
Boarder visitors are only permitted in special circumstances and will need prior approval from the Ward Charge Nurse.
A cost is also associated with boarders staying with patients.
Ormiston Hospital kindly request that children visiting the ward are supervised at all times.
All parking is free on the grounds of Ormiston Hospital for patients, visitors and caregivers. Please note, that this includes an undercover car park with designated patient parking, located at the end of the hospital from the main entrance. We recommend patients utilise these car park spaces as it is a secure and convenient option, with direct lift access to the hospital.
The outdoor uncovered parking is located out the front of the hospital.
