The festive season is almost upon us!🎄
After a busy year, our team will be taking a well-earned break over Christmas and New Year. Ormiston Hospital & Healthcare will be closed for procedures from 3:00pm on Monday 22nd December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 12th January 2026. If you have a procedure booked at Ormiston Hospital & Healthcare early in the new year, there are three ways to return your patient admission forms:
- Complete your forms via our digital website form
- Email a PDF copy to admissions@ormistonhospital.co.nz
- Drop your paperwork to our Reception Team when we reopen on Monday 12 January 2026
