Ormiston Hospital Value Award winners Q1 2023

Recognising and rewarding excellence in our team is important to us. That’s why we have recently launched a new Value Award programme at Ormiston Hospital. We have four values that we aim to live by every day:

  • Passion in our people
  • Courage to change
  • Caring with empathy
  • Excellence in what we do

We asked colleagues to nominate a teammate for bringing one our values to life and were asked to provide examples of how this individual embodies that value. The response for our first quarter of awards was amazing – we receive a huge 67 colleague nominations, covering almost every department across the hospital.

From these nomination, four very deserving winners were selected! Join us in celebrating and congratulating Pravina, Michelle, Rachelle and Vinnie!
