The festive season is almost upon us!
After a busy year, our team will be taking a break over Christmas and New Year. Ormiston Hospital will be closed from 12pm Friday 22nd December and will re-open on Wednesday 10th January 2024.
If you have a procedure booked in at Ormiston Hospital early in the new year, you have two ways to return your patient admission forms:
- Email a PDF of them to admissions@ormistonhospital.co.nz
- Drop your paperwork into our Reception Team when we re-open on Wednesday 10th January
