Covid has taught us a great deal around stress and anxiety, but also resilience. It’s extremely important to recognise that everyone experiences these challenges differently, and we remain committed to supporting the wellbeing of our people in meaningful, practical ways. We also provide access to a range of confidential wellbeing support services, ensuring our team can seek support when they need it.
We put the physical and mental health of our team first by offering an extensive annual wellbeing calendar. A key topic or activity is selected every month based on the ‘5 Ways of Wellbeing’ – Connect, Be Active, Give, Take Notice and Keep Learning. Activities and events range from quiz nights and Pink Ribbon Breakfasts to inspirational or educational talks, cultural shared lunches and even gumboot throwing for Gumboot Friday.
