Ormiston Hospital contracts to the onsite ‘Nourish Cafe’ to provide your lunch and dinner food service while in hospital. To read more about Nourish Cafe, please click here.

A continental or cooked breakfast is serviced by Ormiston Hospital.

You will be provided with a daily changing menu to make your dining selections. All special diets for specific food allergies, diabetes and gluten free are catered for.

Please ensure that you have let your nurse know of any food allergies you may have if you have not already supplied this information prior to your admission.

You may be required to have a special diet for some or all of the your time in hospital, at your surgeons request.  This depends on the surgery you have had performed.  This is to ensure your comfort, safety and uncomplicated recovery.

 

Ward Meal Times:

Breakfast	7.30am – 9.00am
Morning Tea	10.00am
Lunch	12.30pm – 1.00pm
Afternoon Tea	3.30pm
Dinner	5.30pm – 7.30pm

 

You are welcome to request hot beverages outside of these times. Fresh water jugs will be delivered to you daily and can be replenished for you as required.
