Ormiston Hospital contracts to the onsite ‘Nourish’ café to provide your lunch and dinner food service while in hospital.A continental breakfast is served by Ormiston Hospital.
You will be provided with a daily changing menu to make your dining selections. All special diets for specific food allergies, diabetes and gluten free are catered for. Please ensure that you have let your nurse know of any food allergies you may have if you have not already supplied this information prior to your admission. You may be required to have a special diet for some or all of your time in hospital, at your surgeons request,
depending on the surgery you have had performed. This is to ensure your comfort, safety and uncomplicated recovery.

Nourish café’s aim is to provide you with the opportunity to enjoy balanced food that is satisfying and nourishing. Nourish use fresh local produce and their menus reflect the philosophy that food should help people achieve an optimal state of health and wellbeing. Much of the food available today is processed and lacking in nutritional value. The food 'Nourish’ serve is different – we hope you enjoy the ‘Nourish’ experience.
Nourish Café on the ground floor of the Ormiston Hospital building is available for your visitors, with excellent barista coffee and a selection of freshly prepared meals in line with their healthy food philosophy.
Meals cannot be ordered and charged to the hospital for yourself or your visitors directly. If you wish for a family member or visitor to dine with you, please get your visitor to make this arrangement with the café and pay for the meal at the time of ordering.
